It seems that expired AVG PC tune up Trial version installed on your system.
We would request you to run AVG remover tool to completely remove AVG PC tune up Trial.
Please click this link http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe to download and "Run" the AVG Remover tool.
1. Please select the AVG products which are shown in the remover tool window and then start removal process.
2. After the remover tool process is successfully finished, restart your computer.
3. After the restart, manually delete the AVG Remover folder in the C drive of My computer.

Ever since trying the free on-time PC performance tune-up a few days ago I've been getting daily 'AVG PC TuneUps' popups informing me that my PC is no longer optimized. I don't wish to purchase the full version of AVG PC TuneUp but do want to stop these wretched prompts appearing. How can I do this?

Many thanks for your quick and helpful reply Gulam. I've followed your instructions and will check to see if the prompts no longer appear. Incidentally, the AVG Remover tool also gave me the option of removing AVG Anti-Virus, I didn't select this.
