May I know your country? As we see that your country as Turkey in the AVG account. Turkey's government has restricted almost all VPN usage.
In this regard, if you prefer, we'll cancel the subscription & help you with a refund. Please let us know if you'd like to proceed with that.

After turning on the VPN, virtual IP stucks and keep saying "Obtaining…". I can't access any website or downloand anything. However, VPN looks like turned on and interface is color green. I tried repairing the VPN, tried uninstalling/installing again, tried changing locations several times. None of them works.

However, Turkey's government has imposed restrictions on access to all commonly used VPN service networks.
