Subcription Renewal Issue

Hello Dung,
We understand that you're facing issues with AVG MyAccount and unable to find the active subscriptions under My Subscriptions tab. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. We are currently undergoing a major system update which may prevent your AVG products from appearing in your AVG MyAccount. This issue does not impact the functionality of your previously installed products, nor does it affect the installation or activation processes of newly purchased AVG products. The syncronization will take a couple of weeks. Please be patient and you can see you data soon.

Upon checking your account in our database, we see that you have active :
1. AVG TuneUp - Unlimited (1 year subscription) till 2/9/2018
2.AVG Internet Security - Unlimited (1 year subscription) till 1/16/2018.

I recently renewed my AVG TuneUp, yet it keeps telling me to renew the subscription although I have logged into my account. 
When I go to My Subscriptions tab on my My Account, it shows this message

Here you can find all of your AVG subscriptions

An internal error occurred. Please try it again. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
What can I do to fix this problem?

If you're facing issues with activation, please follow the below steps :
Please open the AVG program and click on your email address on the top right corner.
Select Leave the network option.
Once you leave, please click on Connect and login to existing AVG my account with your email and password.
Wait for sometime, the AVG Ultimate comes with AVG Internet security and PC Tune up will get activated.
