Hi,
Driver updater was renewed without my consent, my creditcard was charged.
- No answer from AVG on letter, mails since the beginning of July.
- No response on posts on this community.
- Mailadresses are advertised (support@avg.nl) but don’t exist, the server can’t deliver them.
- The paymentcenter is out of order, for weeks I get this message : “Your payment information is not available We’re unable to display your info due to technical reasons, but we’re working on it! Sorry for the inconvenience”
What kind of company treats its customers this way?
I want my money back. And quick.
