I couldn't see a cancelled status for your AVG TuneUp (60-day Trial) order.
It expires on 26th May 2018 and by this time, you should have been charged for continuing the yearly subscription.
On 8th May 2018, you should have received the email saying that the product is going to auto renew.
Are you sure that the cancelled email notification is for "AVG TuneUp (60 day) trial?

On 19/05 I have received an email from avg.cs@digitalriver.com that inform me about the expiry
the subscription see above , but on 08/05 I have received another email that inform me the
subsciption is cancelled. Which emails is true ?
