I have a copy of an e-mail from AVG dated 04-25-16 confirming cancellation of my subscription. Everything was fine.  However, on 10-03-16, just over five months later, my credit card has suddenly been billed $59.99!  WHY?  There has been no communication from AVG since that cancellation confirmation. Please refund this charge now.
