I received an email to inform me that the my subscription payment was due. However, I would like to cancel the subscription before the due date. When I log into my AVG account it does not pick up the paid subscription and I therefore cannot cancel it online. This is extremely frustrating as I received the email with all the account details, so it does exist, but I cannot access it.
I will be contacting my Bank to stop any payment on the credit card and maybe then someone will be able to actually contact me instead of just providing FAQ answers in a permanent loop.
