Subscription charge that I'm not aware of

Hello Rolando,

We couldn't find any AVG subscriptions or charge debited under the account that you have used for posting here.
This "SV DRI SHANNON" doesn't seem to be the charge debited for AVG.
If it is for AVG, it will appear as "DRI*AVG". To confirm this, we have sent an email for you to provide the screenshot of bank statement that shows the charge debited through DRI.

Just want to ask why i've been automatically charge to a product that I'm not currently using.

Because according to my bank statement, I made a payment to SV DRI SHANNON which Im not aware of, I dont even remembered if I made an automatic subscription.

When I checked my laptop to see if there is an installed AVG Antivirus, I found none, so I installed it to check and found out that may laptop has a subscription until March 23, 2020(AVG AntiVirus FREE). 

And I think, I haven't register any account for AVG before, coz I did try to log in using my email address but they don't have any record of it so I'm wondering why I'm charge from my debit card. 

Now I registered already so that I can ask you why I've been charge with your product that i'm not aware of.

And I would like to ask for a refund, because it was done without my knowledge or even an email to inform me that such charge will be made. It happened last March 07, 2019 I only found out a while ago when I check my debit statement.
