I do not understand how the dates quoted below are different to those on my subscription page which show;
 
VPN due 14th November
Internet Security due 25th May
Tune up due 29th January and
Driver updater due 02 February.
 
Also does not explain why my email was for Internet Security renewal and not Tune Up as per your response.
Does not give me a lot of confidence in your accounting systems!!
