I have just been billed a renewal subscription charge before my annual billing date was due. I initially also was billed a discounted charge for the subscription which was my understanding would continue for the renewed subscriptions. I did not get a renewal subscription notice beforehand either. I would appreciate to either be refunded the funds taken or be billed for the discounted amount that was initially agreed to.
