I had subscription and activated. It was working but now,when I reset my pc and again download internet security and again putting Code, it's showing "Incorrect Code". What's wrong? My friend gifted me this 3 and half years subscription (last year) so,I have no email or purchasing receipt etc and I was using from 1 and half year without email now it has still 2 years left but now,it's asking email But okay after putting email showing same Incorrect… Please resolve
