Subscription has been cancelled

I signed up for the full protection package for a year which included password protection. Now when i open password protection it tells me that my 'subscription has been cancelled'. I still have over a month left of my full subscription. When i open my subscriptions on the app it tells me that protection, tune up, vpn and antitrack are active (with 41 days left on the subscription)while at the bottom under 'other subscriptions available to use' i can see password protection (also with 41 days left on the subscription). This does not show as active but gives me the option to 'switch to this subscription'. When i hit this its comes up with an error message saying 'an unexpected error occurred'. Please advise how i can turn on password protect for the remainder of its subscription.

We'd be glad to clarify this. 
AVG Password Protection has been moved into AVG Internet Secruity and no longer available as a separate app in AVG Ultimate (Multi-device) bundle. 
I would request you to uninstall it. You have to uninstall AVG Internet Security to remove AVG Password Protection. Please reinstall AVG Internet Security.
