I was charged automatically for another year of avg antivirus as well as the tune up. Neither of which I wanted. Seeing as you wont give me a refund I might as well use it. Yet when i try to activate it, it says there is no subscription found. I would really rather not deal with AVG as you seem to be completely fine with taking people's hard earned money and not following through with the product. please resolve this
