I have a business account and am not in business anymore, so I would like to cancel my subscription, which will be up within 30 days, according to several emails I received. However, when I log in to my account, it says I don't have ANY subscriptions at all?? I'm very confused and would like to solve this before I get charged again, as I don't have the money or the need for the product at this time. Thanks for any help in advance.
