Subscription not showing

AVG My Account Subscription
I have attached the screenshot of “My Account” page which shows my subscription.  Hopefully thiswill enable me to make my Subscription visible on My Account.
Regarding activating the full programme on my Android, I have followed your instructions and I am pleased to say that is not all OK on the Android.

As per o8ur record, you have purchased AVG Ultimate from a  reseller which won't be visible on AVG MyAccount.
To install and activate the subscription on an Android device, we have sent an email instruction along with the activation code. 
We also requested the screenshot of AVG MyAccount to escalate further in order to make your subscription visible on AVG MyAccount.

Hi, I have a PAID Subscription until the end of November this year, but when I go to my account it states, "There are no paid Subscriptions!"
Also, you e-mailed me suggesting I could instal AVG on my mobile which I have done.  I was under the impression that my Subscription would count for this Mobile AVG, but it is saying that I can only have the free version!
Would be glad of your clarification on these two questions.  Thank you.  Keith
