Hi everyone, I’m having a problem with my new subscription that I’ve purchased (AVG ultimate) I’ve logged in on the management screen and I can see my purchases but it’s not updating my pc to match the subscription, I’m still in trial mode.
i had AVG Ultimate but let the subscription run out and was left with AVG free edition, I’ve uninstalled that and installed Ultimate the edition but it won’t see my subscription? Any ideas
