SUBSCRIPTION of avg ultimate not appearing list of subsciptions

If you've purchased an AVG Mobile subscription from Google Playstore or Apple AppStore, unfortunately, those AVG Mobile subscriptions will not be visible under your AVG My Account.

I purchased AVG ultimate via my mobile but its not appearing on my list of subscriptions on my AVG account, and when I try and use the activation code on the mobile app it tells me its for another application?!
