AVG says “When you purchase an AVG subscription before your current subscription expires, the new subscription period automatically includes the amount of time remaining on your previous subscription. If our system fails to connect the subscriptions properly, contact AVG Support so that we can extend it manually.”
When I paid my annual subscription, it created a new subscription rather than accepting payment for my current subscription. So now I have two subscriptions and have lost a month off my previous subscription!!
I have tried every avenue through the system to contact AVG Support and keep going around in circles through FAQ online. Is there an email address or some way to talk to a human at AVG to resolve this problem?
Otherwise, does anyone know how I can resolve this so I get a full 12 months for my subscription I paid for in 2024?
