Subscription Problem

Upon checking your account, we can see that you have an AVG Secure VPN (10 devices) subscription, which was purchased from a reseller/retail store.
We regret to inform you that reseller/retail store bought AVG subscriptions will not be visible under AVG My Account website. However, you needn't worry. We've sent you an email with detailed instructions to install & activate your subscription on your mobile.
Please check your inbox/spam folders to find the email and use it to get back to us.

I have AVG VPN subscription, I can see the subscription in windows vpn app but it doesnot show in my online account so I am not able to use it on my phone. I am logged in on my pc app using the same email address.

Please Help.

Due to changes in the App Store Review Guidelines, it is not possible to activate AVG Secure VPN for iOS with an activation code.
In this regard, we may need to synchronize the license with your AVG account. To do so, please take a screenshot of your AVG account (online portal - entire page displaying the email address at top right corner), that doesn't show the subscription. 
Please share us the screenshot by replying to the previous email that has been sent to you by our colleague.

thank you for your reply. I do have an AVG account and I am trying to use VPN on the iPhone app. How can I add activation code on the iPhone app as my existing AVG account on iPhone app results in message saying I do not have any subscription.User-added image
