I seen that the tune up was going to renew but I also know it wasn’t installed anymore.
I have not used you all service in a while so I was sure that’s why it failed to renew.
but then I seen the charge today when I was going to cancel any subscriptions I may have had with you guys so it wouldn’t try again.
Is it possible you all can refund the money taken from my account since I will not be using the product.
I would like to ask you guys instead of going through the bank return process 1st…
