I have bought a year subscryption on Monday - I have not linked my card, just paid total amount for a year in one transaction. Since then I have not received any confirmation and I don't have an active subscryption. Whenever I'm trying to chat the support team, it's just impossible, as there is an IT issue or it's just not working. I don't want to wait that long and I want a refund ASAP. I don't need an antivirus thatis lead by such poorly managed entity.
