I wrote 2 letters to you about my subscription renewal amount in advance. But you have not responded. I don't know why? I clearly said that I won't accept for the renewal amount of $115.99. But without my consent you directly deducted the amount of $115.99 from my account. This is illegal. Kindly cancel my subscription and refund my amount. I only accept to pay the amount of $35.88 as paid last year… Kindly check it and refund the amount. Thank you.
