We understand your concern, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. Upon checking your account we see that you have two different subscriptions for AVG PC TuneUp for 1 computer each. The Renewal message is for the second subscription of AVG PC TuneUp.

I renewed my subscription for AVG PC Tune Up for two years on Nov. 15, 2016 thru Nov. 15, 2018.
Now I have just received an email stating that it is up for renewal on April 15, 2017. Why isn't my two year subscription being recognized and honored?
