Hi there.
A few days ago, I extended my ultimate subscription for 3 years. The original subscription would have run until the end of July 2024. However, after the renewal, it shows that the new subscription only lasts until the end of June 2027. AVG deducted 4 weeks. Their explanation so far is that it's calculated from the purchase date. But this information was NOT provided during the renewal process. Does anyone have any suggestions? Solutions?
