I renewed my yearly subscription today and I have a basic package. I believe the renewal upgraded me to the unlimited as a free trial for a month. I do not see where it gave me a choice. I do not want the unlimited version, nor do I want the free trial. How do I go back to just my regular subscription?

Does AVG Antivirus blocking you from accessing your remote desktop? How do you suspect that AVG is blocking your access? Do you get any pop up?

I have uninstalled AVG from my computer. Please advise what I am to do at this point to make this right.
I have to uninstall as I have been unable to work all day, the antivirus keeps throwing me out of my remote desktop every 20 minutes and continues to do so. The only way to work properly is to uninstall.
The only optoin under My AVG was to cancel my subscription, which I did. NO WHAT! ugh
