I was able to load the AVG Antivirus Pro on the device that I made the purchase on. However, I would also like this app on my two android tablets. I did go to the original email that I authorized the subscription renewal on but cannot see any activation code that I could use in the other devices to activate the AVG AntiVirus Pro. If I could do this I would be willing to continue to use this app with the auto renewal in 2020.
I have not received an e-mail in my gmail account yet. However, there seems to have been an error when I originally set up my google account and I believe there is an address that is not valid. It is There is an "n" missing in this address and I will NOT receive the email if you sent it here.
Also, I did try to reply to your last e-mail and it was non-deliverable, because it was a No-Reply account???
I am fairly good with tech stuff and apps, but this has proven to be more trouble than it's worth and I would like to proceed with the cancellation of my account and refund of the subscription price of $12.99

I was billed for a renewal for my subscription and tole it will auto renew next year as well. However when I try to check my subscriptions the system tells me I have none. How could I be billed if I don't have a subscription. Also, when I checked my 2 tablets and my mobile phone I'm still using the free version. Please have my "subscription" cancelled and refund me the $12.99 that I paid through paypal.

Jaclyn, there is no specific email address to contact us. If you reply to the automated email sent by AVG, it will not be delivered.
We would like to clarify that the ******@mymts.net email address is actually registered to your AVG Antivirus PRO purchase.
We have sent an email with the activation code and the article which will help you with the activation.
