Regret to hear about the inconvenience caused to you. We are currently undergoing a major system update which may prevent your AVG products from appearing in your AVG MyAccount. This issue does not impact the functionality of your previously installed products, nor does it affect the installation or activation processes of newly purchased AVG products.
Upon checking your records with us, we see that you have an active AVG Ultimate subscription active until 6th April 2017. The auto renewal on this product has already been disabled and it will not get auto renewed.

I also tried selecting the link in the e-mail (as directed by AVG) but, when I do, it simply takes me to a page that tells me I can cancel my subscription by using the link in the e-mail, in other words it just sends me round in a never ending circle. I purchased AVG Internet Security in July 2016, this software is not due for renewal until July 2017..
