I find that AVG pricing and subscription renewals are totally opaque and confusing.
I subscribed for AVG Ultimate on 22 September 2025 for one year, yet renewal is requested on 06 January 2026, after just 4 months. WHY is this?
I paid £9.99 for this service, yet the renewal price next January (after just 4 months of subscription ) is quoted as £109.99.
I am receiving repeated reminders to renew early (EARLIER THAN WHEN ??), but no clarity on a realistic price I should pay. There is no possibility to contact AVG directly via telephone or chat. So it looks as if I have one just month to cancel this subscription, before I get ripped-off.
Or have I completely misunderstood?

I renewed my subscription on 26th October 2022 ( Ref No 143004575 ) , But over the past 10 days I keep receiving reminders to "renew my subscription ".
Can you please confirm my renewal status and suppress the renewal reminders .
