Your company has changed. I have been using your products for years and I have never had the renewal process as cumbersome and confusing as what you are doing now. I don't even know what product you have dumped on me. I did not get a license with my invoice, I had to go to your website and say I lost it and you sent it to me. The product on the invoice is different from the product in the license email which is different from the product listed in "My Account" and all of them are different from what I thought I was buying. The product I had before this subscription renewal had firewall protection in it and the product I have now does not but I can upgrade for $26 to get it!!! This is bait and switch. no where did it say anything about me losing functionality. I was paying for your premiere product and now I have some thing less. Also you said you were upgrading me to the pro version but it is really just a trial and I have to figure out how to thoroughly clean it all out. I am very disappointed and will look elsewhere next time. If you have a new chief pointing you in a new direction I believe it is the wrong direction. Smoke and mirrors?
