We see that you do have active subscriptions of AVG Internet Security, TuneUp (Ultimate), Secure VPN.
Please let us know the exact AVG program with which you're experiencing this issue & what happens exactly while accessing. Do you receive any error message?

I renewed my subscription in October but the icon no longer works and I am not able to open the scan programme. What has happened.
