I have recently purchased AVG Ultimate and AVG Driver updater but when I try to share with family members I get this Message in the subscriptions area "

Sharing with your family members

You don't have any subscriptions to share

When you purchase a sharable multi-device subscription, it will appear here automatically — ready for you to share with your family!"
Some assistance please.
