Can someone explain why I have had a subscription fee taken from my account WITHOUT PERMISSION? It's absolutely disgusting that this has happened without any communication and for no reason. I've checked my account and subscription details and it's not clear at all as to why. How do I go about getting a refund? There is also a charge for VPN from a few months back which again I'm unclear as to why I have been charged this?
