Subscription to AVG Ultimate - Order Number 13412909972 dated 19th April 2018

Hello Victor,

I have checked the order number, you have initiated an order for AVG Ultimate today. We haven't received the payment yet, that's the reason you are unable to see the AVG Ultimate product under My products tab. It will take 24 hours to complete the transaction, post that you will receive a confirmation email.

I have paid through my Credit Card the subscription of the Product AVG Ultimate. I am unable to install the product. Under My Products I can see "You don't have any subscriptions" Also the Product is not visible in AVG MyAccount.. Your Update confirms that "The synchronization is complete for the products AVG Ultimate, which should be visible under the My Products tab: But it is NOT
