Last year you raised the price of my subscription from some 300 SEK to 829 SEK without asking me first. After chatting with one of your employees she changed the price back to 300. Now you've charged the higher price again without consulting me. I do not accept these aggressive marketing methods so I would like to cancel my subscription to AVG. How do I go about this? Your home page is useless, it seems to be constructed in a way to purposely confuse the buyer and there is no live chat, at least I couldn't find any as I did last year.
