I'm really disappointed, I've been trying to cancel my subscription for a month now, but no one is replying and I don't know what to do.After 3 years, my AVG Internet Security (for multiple devices) subscription was automatically renewed, and I no longer wish to use your software. However, this subscription is not listed in my account, so I am unable to use the refund process mentioned on your website. What should I do? How can I cancel the subscription and get a refund?
