Subscriptions and Billing Info not showing

Hi All,

Anyone else had any luck contacting support to get missing subscriptions added? They are active in the apps and one of them recently auto-renewed, but I can’t see them in my account to be able to cancel the auto-renew.

I have been trying for four days to update the expiration date on my autopay credit card on the website but it keeps saying there’s a “glitch”. Can’t get through to customer service either!

I also can’t find a customer service phone number to call.
