Subscriptions - AVG Internet Security

Hello! I have paid for AVG Internet Security, but when I want to activate it the legend that it is owed appears. When I go through the page it says that it is charged and in effect. I have three more products with the same activation code and I have no problems with them. I sent a message to support and got no response. What I do?
