Subscriptions not doing anything

Maybe someone here can help, AVG support just throws me in a loop of getting no where and no answers. AVG keeps telling me I have issues, I subscribe based on the suggestions, have multi subscriptions. They keep asking for activations codes…where do we get these codes. Never was given any, checked all emails nothing. When I check my subscriptions, tells me to log in to account, which the accoutn tells me I have no subscription…WHAT THE HECK is going on, paying out a lot of money and nothing is working. Won't let me use on other devices, tells me I HAVE NO SUBSCRIPTIONS. Yet in the menu when click the AVG icon, it shows them there. Can't get any answers in the support, each click just sends me back to the page I started on. Getting to point want my money back and will go with another service.
