Subscriptions not showing on my AVG account

My subscriptions are not showing on my AVG account. Why? I would appreciate that AVG resolves this matter immediately!

Mine all disappeared about a year ago but thankfully the expiry date in the product itself is still correct.

I’m on the 60-day free trial for AVG Internet Security (Multi-Device), but I don’t see a cancel or unsubscribe button anywhere in my account. The Payments Center only shows my card and the next charge date (July 20, 2025).

I want to cancel before being charged, but I’m under 18 and worried I won’t see the cancel option in time. Can someone explain when the cancel button appears or how I can cancel now?
