Suddenly I can't open links in emails to other sites

Hello Dana, 

We will check and help you to resolve it. Before that, please provide the following information :

  • Please confirm the default web browser in your PC. Also, check whether you can open and access it. 
  • Check and confirm the whether the provided links are valid one. 
  • Let us know whether you are unable to access only 2 email links or all links in the received emails.
  • Do you get any error or alert from AVG?

Recently I have had 2 emails with links to other sites.  When I click on it, I can see the address in the lower  left part of my screen, but it will not open.  I have tried several times and there isn't even the icon of a wheel spinning that would show that it is working on it.  How do I correct this issue?
