Since September2021,The 3 machines in my network and during AVG Product updates no longer know how to Access the shared resources of each one or the equally shared printers. The Internet connections are  operational as well as the connection with the Box.This situation is very annoying.
2nd Problem: I installed your local AVG Driver Update distributed by Digital River Ireland which has analyzed and updated the different drivers that seemed obsolete but operationaly is own.  the graphics card drivers have been  by the minimum standard Microsoft drivers that are not suitable.
Digital River's response is "we do not do maintenance of AVG products". It seems to me that we are at the limit of honesty, especialy since today this product pays off.
2nd Message So I would like one of your English-speaking agents to remotely connect to my system to solve the 2 stated problems.I think you should have a bilingual contact support that can make the necessary connections with French customers. Admit to read if possible in French because google does pretty well the translations.Thank you in advance
