Suscripción por un año a AVG TUNE UP

Good morning,

A couple of days ago I used AVG's online form to subscribe to a full year AVG Tune Up. I entered all my information, even my VISA credit card number. 

So far I have not received any confirmation email from AVG and I keep getting a message saying that "mi período de prueba a Tune Up ha caducado y estoy sin protección" (the trial Tune Up period has expired and my system is without protection). When I go to AVG My Account, it shows that I do not have a subscription. 


Is there any chance you guys can clarify what may be going on? Please note I will ask my credit card company to reject any payment made to AVG should I not receive prompt clarification of the situation.
