Buenos días. Hace un par de días, utilizando el formulario de AVG, me suscribí por un año a AVG Tune Up.Proporcioné todos mis datos, incluso el de mi tarjeta VISA. Hasta la fecha no he tenido ninguna comunicación y me siguen diciendo que "mi período de prueba a Tune Up ha caducado y estoy sin protección". Al abrir AVG My Account me informa que no tengo ninguna suscripción. Por favor, solicito urgente una aclaración. De no recibirla, daré orden a mi tarjeta de NO ABONAR el importe que se debite. Gracias.
