Please share a screenshot of the AVG log where is says suspicious app is installed.
Regarding the undetected threats, how did you confirm that they are virus, if I may ask?
I have an AVG license and i am the user who knows how to protect my devices from viruses. I am checking my log file in AVG and i found suspicious program download and install. Avg says it is installed well and did not found any viruses or threads. SonSo,f i decided to find this program and delete it,but if i search for it it is not on my android device, which means for me: something was downloaded and installed to my device without any problem and command and i have a threads or virus on my device now which is not found by my AVG. Can you help me please?
Is it normal if we have so many notification for AVG account disconeccion?

the device is a Samsung A5 with android and the program is "your phone companion" . No issue until now just i did not install that program and that is not on the device as well. Only the log file contains an information about the succesfull installation. Which is weird.

That suspicious program is the "Your Phone Companion" , i did not install that software and also if i check the application list and that program is not on my Samsung A5 2017 device.
No confirmation for virus until now. In the past few weeks i saw couple of try of brake in to my router and also it was interesting yesterday when i read the log text file, AVG crashed couple of times.
