Synchronization of configuration failed

Where do you think that link sends us?  We end up right back here in this forum…   OR you tell us to contct business support instead of just helping your users.

Hi,

When I perform a synchronization for a group, it faile for some users.

The complete error message is Synchronization of configuration failed (Index out of range)

- Licence key is correct (the same for all users).
- The remote contact test from a user work.
- Remove users from group, then try to put in an other doesn't help.

Yes Because Paying cusomters love to wait around for support.  I dont understand how this can be called a bug when its been around since 2008.  More like a glaring flaw.   This is about the 7th time this has happened. All PCs in domain do not sync now out of nowhere. everythign elses connects fine  Fix the damn issue.  Instead you just send peple to call suport line that offers NO HLEP. I have called several times and get nowhere. Most time dont even bother to follow up. the only fix is to re-install AVG on clients.  Thst is your soultion to 90% of issues on here.
