Upon checking your account, we're unable to find any subscriptions. If you've purchased it from App store/Play store, then you'd be able to use it on mobile alone. Those subscriptions can't be used on windows computer/laptop.

I have a VPN with the AVG app on my mobile phone.  Is there a way to sync it so I have access to this feature with my laptop?
