I have been using Synergy to share the keyboard+mouse between 2 PCS and it was working fine.
I purchased AVG Internet Security yesterday and the synergy is no longer working.
How we can make it work?
I manage to get it working followings the solution that posted.
1. Open AVG -> Internet Security -> Click on Menu in the top right corner -> Settings -> Components -> Firewall -> Customize -> Policies-> System rules. Then enable the 'Allow Windows file and printer sharing' and click on 'OK' button to save changes.
2. Again open AVG -> Internet Security -> Click on Menu in the top right corner -> Settings -> Components -> Firewall -> Customize -> Network Profiles -> Change the networks from Public to Private .
