I'm getting the following message on my Windows 8.1 pc which has AVG Anit Virus which is adware of some kind but I can't get rid of it

I've tried everything I can think of to get rid of it, close X, right click, ESC button … nothing but nothing will get rid of it. Do you have any advice please ?
