In order to analyze it please provide us with diagnostic output (run it after inducing described behavior) using this tool and please add detailed description of issue.

Downloaded new 2015 version. Did first scan and it gets to c:/windows/sysWOW64/ig4icd32.dll and freezes, have to turn off/on computer to restart. Any ideas why it won't get through this file?
