System scan will not scan past Rootkits in Windows 10

When running a full AVG Internet Security system scan in Windows 10 AVG seems to stall at 'Rootkits' (4%) and will not progress any further.

Please advise how I can achieve a full system scan.

This is the only fault detected with my upgrade from 8.1 to 10
